The Sony Ericsson Naite is one of the newest range of Sony Ericsson phones which will be arriving shortly. The manufacturer has announced several new models including the Sony Satio, Aino and Jalou which will be coming out over the next few months. This version of the Sony Naite range is a beautifully crafted silver edition mobile phone with a raft of features that help it compete well in the mobile phone market. It is a compact and lightweight phone which measures in at 108 mm x 47 mm and is 12 mm thick and weighs 84 grams, this silver version is also to be joined by a further red colour variant.
The camera provided by the Sony Naite is a 2.0 megapixel camera which operates at a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels. The camera comes with the ability to make video calls which has become a popular feature. Obviously the recipient phone must also have the same facility. Video recording and playback are provided with this phone and is at QVGA quality at 15 frames per second.

The Sony Ericsson Naite offers a 2.2 inch TFT display screen which accurately displays 256,000 colours and their variations. The screens imagery is vivid and colourful. The pixel size of the screen is 240 x 320 pixels.
The HSDPA connection offers the ability to surf the web and at fast speeds. Blue tooth and USB both of which are version 2, offer the ability to share files to a variety of different devices.
The Sony Ericsson Naite offers the means to play both MP3 and MP4 files, so music and video are available as downloads and can be played on this phone. The players will play the majority of audio and video based file types ensuring comprehensive coverage. The MP3 player comes with TrackID as standard, which is a useful feature which locates information about tracks being played, such as artist etc. Internal memory is 100 Mb with the ability to upgrade to 8 Gb by using the micro SD slot provided.
The Sony Ericsson Naite also comes with additional software such as an organiser, which helps keep track of important information and dates, as well as a voice memo facility which will ensure important notes can be taken without the need for pen and paper. The phone is an excellent example of a constructive and useful mobile phone and upon its release will no doubt prove to be a popular choice amongst the mobile phone buying consumer.
